These Terms & Conditions govern your use of actoffscript.com and the purchase of Off Script products. Off Script is a brand operated by Modus Anomali LLC, a company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, also operating the Out of the Box Labs brand. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our products. Our products are not offered or sold to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom.

2. What we sell

Off Script offers digital, AI-assisted products: personalized audio experiences, written reads, supporting digital materials, conversational tools delivered through messaging apps, and live online workshops, generated from or run on the information you provide. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Not medical or psychological care

Off Script products are self-guided practices for everyday patterns - focus, motivation, getting unstuck. They are not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind. If you are dealing with a health condition or a crisis, please seek qualified professional support. Do not use our products as a replacement for it.

4. AI-generated content

Our products are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, personalized from your intake answers. AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect or imprecise. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

5. Refunds

All sales of digital products and live events are final, except where a guarantee is expressly stated on the product's sales page at the time of purchase, or where the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Where a guarantee applies, its conditions and time window are the ones written on that page. To claim it, email support@actoffscript.com from the address you purchased with, within the stated window. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; any instalment not yet charged is cancelled. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer within two business days.

6. Acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the products; reverse engineer any part of the service; use the service for unlawful purposes; or attempt to disrupt its security or operation.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the information you submit (such as intake answers). You grant Modus Anomali LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that information for the purpose of operating the service - generating and delivering your products, providing support, and improving the service.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, product formats, methods, software, designs, and branding are owned by Modus Anomali LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Modus Anomali LLC for any claim arising from these terms or the products is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100 USD.

10. Disputes

Before any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days by writing to the contact email below. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Wyoming through the American Arbitration Association. Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis; to the extent enforceable, both parties waive class actions and jury trial.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
